Pre-Conception nutrition focusses on entering the pregnancy at a healthy weight, dietary quality and use of folic acid. The pregnancy diet plan provides trimester-wise diet and nutrition approach to help support a healthy growth and development of the baby.
It includes proper education on foods to avoid during pregnancy, fruits to eat during pregnancy, vegetables to avoid during pregnancy – some of which can be very specific to each to-be mother. Supporting the mother’s nutritional needs during lactation to ensure a healthy lactation period.
